Over the past decade, Kristin has become a successful and influential entrepreneur with a fully-fledged beauty business spanning multiple locations across the Bay. While she was building her business, Kristin remained engaged in real estate by taking on an active role in the commercial development and design of her brick-and-mortar locations. She has also been involved in real estate investment and flipping homes as part of her passion for the industry.

Before she found success as an entrepreneur, Kristin graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) with a degree in Visual Communications. It was here where she developed a keen eye on interior design and decor - skills that would later serve her well in designing her retail locations as well as home flips.

Her rich combination of experiences in design and client services gives Kristin an edge in the real estate market. She can see the potential in a property from a vantage point others may not and can readily provide an aesthetic sensibility uniquely her own. As a beauty entrepreneur, she has cultivated deep relationships with hundreds of returning clients - reflecting the professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail she strives to provide in every interaction. As an agent, she has leaned heavily on these principles of service to provide insight on current market trends, ensure her clients have the support they need, and educate them at every step of the process of selling or buying a home.

Kristin is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and her ability to understand different cultures has helped many clients meet their goals and manage the negotiation process. She and her husband have two children and a dog named Kiwi and now reside in the Peninsula where she led the remodel and design of their house.
